Mentor: Adrienne Urbina is passionate about giving young people a voice. Two of her proudest accomplishments include founding a bilingual Girl Scout Troop and writing her Master's thesis on media scapegoating of urban youth. While in graduate school, she also co-produced a documentary about a home for newly arrived immigrants. Currently, Adrienne works in television at Dateline NBC, but she confesses radio was her first love.
